Simon is managing director of Nidus, with over 27 years’ experience in building surveying and construction. He is both a Chartered Building Surveyor and Chartered Project Management Surveyor, having become a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 1995 and appointed Fellow (FRICS) in 2003.

Martin is the Director of Nidus Riley Limited and has over 30 years' experience as a senior building surveyor. Martin is one of the founding directors of the company, which started trading in 2006. He has worked across a variety of sectors including banking & finance, retail, food retail, health, education, industrial, residential, commercial, mixed use, leisure and public.

Jim has been with Henry Riley since 1984, becoming a Partner in 1991 and Managing Partner in 2012. He is also a Director at Grant Mills Wood and Chairman of Nidus Riley at Riley Consulting. Jim continues to be responsible for the overall business development of Henry Riley and Riley Consulting, working to develop and expand the range of services and client base.

Paul has over 30 years' experience in the construction industry, the last 28 having been spent with Henry Riley. Paul manages the Newcastle office and is also a Director of Nidus. Based in the North East, Paul manages a team of surveyors and project managers,  delivering a wide range of schemes across various sectors including retail, industrial, commercial and residential.
